工作职责：1）助学员Check in，check out等
          2）帮助学员停课转课的安排
          3）还有学校内教学设备的维护
          4）帮助老师进行教学材料的准备。



任职要求：1. 有教育、服务、留学行业工作经验者优先；
          2. 本科及以上学历，英语能力较高；

Service Consultant
EF English Centers
Synopsis: 
As a Service Consultant at English Centers, you will communicate with EF student on a daily base. Answer inquiries, solve problems, deal with complaints and reach students’ satisfaction of their study experience.
The role: 
The Student Service Coordinator plays a key role in EF schools. You are a problem solver for our current students. You work closely with both Marketing, Sales and central IT team, to make sure that we deliver the best service to our students. 

You will: 
Coordinate with Central SSC and other concerned departments for all students' issues 
Make monthly phone coaching call to all students and edit in system 
Handle normal technical issues and defects in center and help to communicate with relevant departments on serious issues (Central SSC or IT) 
Reception and greeting customers, and work with course consultant to handle direct leads in a professional and efficient way 
Center equipment maintenance, center display and center stock checking and monitoring
You have/are: 
Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent 
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices 
Excellent interpersonal communication skills 
Self-motivated; detail oriented; flexible; able to work under pressure 
Knowledge of relevant computer applications 
Fluent English communication skill
