Description 
Apple''s CoreOS organisation is looking for an exceptional engineer to support and develop tools. For this position you need to work with multiple software teams to make sure all the software (BIOS, FWs, Mac OS X, diags, tools, etc.) in Macintosh system (Macbook Pro/Air, iMac, Mac mini, etc.) works well in all of the developing phases, including live debug in line, working with all software related teams to root cause and fix issues, and developing debug tools and new software functionality. 
Requirements 
Have relevant work experience in PC industry (notebook, desktop, server platform or embedded system) 

Have development and debugging experience on at least one platform 

Have development or debugging experience in EFI BIOS/Linux Kernel developing/EC FWs/Solaris 
or other UNIX/Windows/Mac OS X. 

Self-motivated and willing to take on responsibility, passion for work is very important 

Good at communication in English and Mandarin 

Excellent team player

Willing to travel and work in factory 


2.SDM/SDE 
Apple designs Macs, the best personal computers in the world, along with OS X, iLife, iWork and professional soft- ware. Apple leads the digital music revolution with its iPods and iTunes online store. Apple has reinvented the mobile phone with its revolutionary iPhone and App Store, and is defining the future of mobile media and computing devices with iPad together with Apple Watch to change our daily life. 
Position Overview 
Apple is looking for dynamic, highly-motivated candidates who “think differently” to further expand the China- based SDM, SDE teams. This team will be working on Apple’s latest and greatest products while incorporating and improving upon the strategies that are central to the world’s greatest supply chain.
SDM – The China Supply Demand Planner will be the voice of Apple’s worldwide customers to the production and operations teams in China. As the bridge between Apple’s headquarters and Apple’s Asia Operations team and OEM partners, this person will own the execution of supply plans within one or more OEM production facilities to meet Apple’s customer demand requirements. This person will act as focal point in the development, communication, and execution of a factory’s daily product supply and contingency plans and will track and drive to achieve weekly targets while working with WW and regional SDM teams.
SDE – The China Supply Demand Execution team provides worldwide support for three regional SDE groups (Americas, Europe, and Asia), while based in Shanghai, China. This team ensures proper product allocation execution through the matching of supply and demand between multiple distribution sites while following direction provided by regional SDE teams. The overall mission is to own and implement the efficient execution of allocation plans, to ensure that all shipments occur as required to meet Apple’s billings plans and financial goals, while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  Intern Key Responsibilities:
Project progress analysis/tracking/presentation 
Assist on BRD (Biz Requirement Definition)
Support the trial run during UAT
o Training material documentation
4 projects has been defined as following,
SPT Enhancement (Supply Planning Tool) 4.0 and 4.5 
PSD Enhancement roll out
Tableau roll out 
Specialist BI report roll out 
Education / Experiences
The successful candidate will preferably major in supply chain management or statistics.
The candidate must have good analytic skill and strong data sensitivity. 
The candidate must be able to exert tactful influence in a matrixed organization while working as part of a team and consistently utilizing strong verbal and written communication skills.
Candidate should be comfortable presenting to senior management. 
Additional requirements include the ability to think strategically and execute tactically, a persistent
attention to detail, and a high level of comfort in working with numbers.
Strong Excel, SAP/ERP background preferred. 
BA/BS required; MBA preferred.
