Summary of Main purpose of the job:    Conference Producers are at the forefront of the company and specialize in business research and project management.  You will research and put together the intellectual content of conference programmed at the cutting edge of business strategy.  You will be responsible for structuring the conference agenda as a result of live research with senior managers from a cross section of companies, selecting and inviting high level speakers, copy writing, designing the conference brochure and ensuring profitability of entire projects - from the initial idea to the smooth 44running of the event.  Conference producers have a lot of budgetary control and you will be making financial decisions that will have significant bottom line impact.
